The Moonboat Adventure

When the harbor town fell quiet, a small silver boat slipped out across the sky-sea. Its captain was a brave little girl named Nia, and her crew was one very polite seagull named Boots.

They sailed past clouds shaped like sleeping whales. They waved to a comet who was hurrying home for bedtime. Boots steered with one wing while Nia pointed out friendly stars.

"Land ho!" called Boots, gently. A soft, pillowy island floated ahead, made of clouds and quiet songs. Nia stepped onto the cloud, curled up beside Boots, and listened to the hush-hush of the sky-sea.

And if you listen very carefully, just before sleep, you might hear Nia's little moonboat sailing past your window too.
